This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establish, nurture, and grow relationships with C-suite executives, student organizations, influencers, and key decision-makers in strategically significant accounts.
• Create and implement strategies to facilitate access to students, employees, and crucial contacts within targeted accounts.
• Present compelling presentations highlighting the member value proposition to attract target audiences to the registry.
• Forge collaborative partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders and organize member recruitment teams.
• Assess market intelligence, partners' business requirements, and evolving geographic dynamics to provide actionable business insights.
• Clearly communicate the cell therapy landscape and articulate the significance of NMDP partnerships to donors and patients.
• Formulate strategic account plans and business strategies to boost ethnically diverse registry membership.
• Oversee and analyze initiative performance, making adjustments to strategies based on business decisions.
• Coordinate activities throughout the designated territory to recruit prospective donors for the registry.
• Understanding of strategic account selling and planning methodologies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
• Ability to think strategically, plan effectively, and solve problems efficiently.
• Consultative and results-oriented mindset focused on customer decision-making processes.
• Capability to foster collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners.
• High adaptability and learning agility in navigating new, uncertain, or challenging situations.
• Self-awareness and the ability to convert feedback into actionable steps.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including thorough follow-up.
• Skill in identifying and addressing the needs of internal and external customers.
• Flexible and innovative thinking in crafting business solutions.
• Competence in building consensus, securing buy-in, and facilitating collaborative business plans across teams.
• Strong organizational, relationship-building, and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in conflict management and effective prioritization.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in account management and/or sales.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
