This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client retention and foster strong relationships.
• Carry out both proactive and reactive service tasks in accordance with the Group's Customer Service (CS) framework.
• Serve as a second-level authority for escalated service issues, including clarifications on policy wording and claims resolution.
• Work collaboratively with external brokers and key internal departments such as Risk, Claims, and Policy Administration.
• Oversee the policy renewal process, which includes preparing renewal quotes and restructuring existing policies.
• Interact with customers during the renewal phase, encompassing price negotiations and gathering essential updates.
• Partner with Credit and Commercial Underwriting (CUW) teams in managing high-risk policies.
• Develop and implement account management strategies that align with the target service model.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-4 years of experience in account management, underwriting, or a related sales/service role.
• Familiarity with the credit insurance market, including knowledge of brokers and competitors.
• Strong capability to manage a large client base while nurturing solid relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strategic and adaptable mindset towards client and operational challenges.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies and a desire to learn and incorporate AI into daily business operations.
