This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the daily management and execution of integrated gaming campaigns throughout North America.
• Act as a primary client contact, ensuring excellent communication, responsiveness, and a premium service experience during the entire campaign lifecycle.
• Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination among various teams including Creative, Ad Ops, Strategy, Production, Talent, and Media.
• Manage the setup, pacing, optimization, and reporting of campaigns to guarantee successful achievement of KPIs.
• Develop and maintain project trackers, timelines, reporting decks, and status documents.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign launches and execution.
• Monitor budgets, billing, invoicing, and reconciliations in collaboration with Finance teams.
• Proactively identify risks or challenges to delivery and assist in quickly resolving issues.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on campaign data, audience trends, and industry expertise.
• Assist in mentoring and supporting junior team members, including Account Coordinators, as the team expands.
• Maintain a high level of organization across multiple campaigns and clients concurrently.
• 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Campaign Management, or Digital Media.
• Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across various media, content, social, influencer, gaming, or advertising sectors.
• Strong grasp of campaign management processes and best practices for client communication.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively.
• Keen attention to detail and confidence in managing timelines and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with strong ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and with diverse personalities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling startup environment.
• A strong passion for gaming, digital culture, creators, and emerging media is highly preferred.
