This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee a portfolio of current Litify clients to guarantee their retention and satisfaction.
β’ Recognize and pursue upselling and expansion opportunities by understanding client objectives and aligning them with Litify solutions.
β’ Take ownership of renewal processes, working in collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders.
β’ Advise, educate, and develop strategies with clients to facilitate their business growth using Litify.
β’ Participate in business reviews and strategic check-ins to enhance value delivery.
β’ Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals related to renewals and expansions.
β’ Keep informed about updates to the Litify platform, industry trends, and best practices to enhance your client recommendations.
β’ Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, Support, and Product & Engineering teams to ensure smooth execution, customer satisfaction, and the success of long-term partnerships.
β’ A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
β’ A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a SaaS account management or customer-facing position.
β’ Strong sales acumen and the ability to cultivate trusted relationships with clients.
β’ Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
β’ Experience in presenting to and interacting with executive-level stakeholders.
β’ Strong problem-solving capabilities and a collaborative, solutions-driven approach.
β’ Self-starter who is organized and capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
β’ Experience in the legal sector or selling to law firms, corporate legal departments, or government entities is advantageous.
β’ Comfortable with commercial negotiations and open to refining sales techniques as necessary.
