This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary non-technical liaison for a designated group of Managed Services accounts, fostering a trusted relationship with both internal and external client teams.
• Ensure client satisfaction with Kraft Kennedy's service quality by relaying client feedback to management and addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
• Engage proactively with accounts on a regular basis to confirm their needs are being met through both ad-hoc check-ins and routine status meetings.
• Create and maintain agendas and meeting notes for ongoing status meetings, collaborating with the internal team to prioritize follow-up actions and communicate updates.
• Collaborate with the technical team to identify potential enhancements for the client's technologies, bringing those suggestions to the attention of both the client and the internal sales team.
• Organize the preparation, scheduling, and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Strategic Planning Meetings.
• Foster relationship development through scheduled face-to-face meetings at client locations.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and contacts.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of new and ongoing initiatives, facilitating their management across client accounts.
• Acquire overall proficiency in internal systems and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Procurement to ensure the timely processing of hardware/software renewals.
• Develop a solid understanding of agreements and billing procedures for each client.
• Review client invoices for accuracy and address any billing-related concerns that may arise.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven success in building client relationships.
• Enjoy engaging with customers and external stakeholders.
• High energy and motivation coupled with strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient in general office applications, including MS Office.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and customer service abilities.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills such as effective communication, active listening, and customer care.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes.
• Typing skills for efficient and accurate data entry.
• Self-driven with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
