• Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will enthusiastically implement a successful sales strategy aimed at expanding our existing client base.
• You will collaborate closely with team members in sales development, product/engineering, and customer success to ensure a seamless sales experience for both prospects and clients.
• You will be directly accountable for managing a portfolio of assigned customer accounts, ensuring we fully leverage expansion opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for our current customers, driving all renewal and expansion sales initiatives.
• Develop additional business with existing clients while pinpointing areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
• Work in conjunction with the Customer Success team to ensure our clients remain satisfied and engaged with our products and services.
• Exhibit the capability to demonstrate the essential out-of-the-box technology.
• Maintain a high volume of account-based activities, including business/account review meetings, adopting a consultative and long-term approach to foster and sustain relationships with customers.
• This involves identifying new contacts, locations, and expansion opportunities.
• Skillfully deliver presentations, either web-based or face-to-face, showcasing the value of Kneat.
• Confidently sell to VP and C-Suite executives, adeptly navigating through multiple decision-makers within large, complex organizations.
• Consistently exceed your quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Navigate the procurement process effectively and assist your customers in closing deals.
• Demonstrate a quick learning ability and hit the ground running with prospecting, discovery, and demonstrations.
• Track customer details daily, identifying decision-makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications, while accurately and consistently entering data into the company's CRM (HubSpot).
• Provide weekly updates to the VP of Sales regarding strategy, progress, and potential closure opportunities.
• Attend client networking events to strengthen the Kneat network and enhance customer rapport.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Strong background in SaaS/Cloud-based Sales and Account Management.
• Proven experience in Life Sciences Sales and Account Management.
• Over 5 years of relevant B2B SaaS Account Management experience.
• An independent individual who is self-motivated by achieving quotas.
• A strong track record of meeting account management goals.
• Experience in consultative/value-based selling methodologies.
• Technically proficient and capable of demonstrating the application personally.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, flexible, and self-driven attitude while being supportive in a challenging environment.
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize personal workload.
• Maintain focus and commitment to assigned targets.
