This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Develop and maintain robust client relationships, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
• Manage and oversee a variety of client accounts, ensuring optimal satisfaction and successful execution of campaigns.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess performance, collect feedback, and provide strategic insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives, address challenges, and deliver outstanding outcomes.
• Track campaign performance and proactively seek opportunities for enhancement.
• Keep projects organized and on schedule, ensuring that no details are overlooked.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Professional, polished, and approachable, with excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive approach.
• Exceptional time management skills with the capability to meet deadlines and achieve milestones.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and manage resources efficiently.
