Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar position.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.

• High level of professionalism and excellent telephone communication etiquette.

• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM software.

• Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
