• Collaborate with the Sales Team to establish trusted relationships within the CPG sector.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all pre-sale and post-sale activities, encompassing media planning, campaign reporting, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Develop media plans that align with partner objectives and present ad product offerings to partners.
• Deliver weekly reports to advertisers featuring effective optimizations aimed at enhancing campaign performance and meeting advertisers' KPIs.
• Conduct CPG cadence calls to share campaign and category insights through a data-driven lens; utilize data to narrate the impact of ad campaigns.
• Present engaging category and advertiser-specific business trends and insights.
• Actively propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities to advertisers.
• Serve as a partner advocate during pilot programs and internal cross-functional feedback sessions.
• Compile campaign wrap reports that include follow-ups and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the creation of the Quarterly Business Review; present campaign insights to CPG advertisers with an analytical focus.
• Cultivate an in-depth understanding of Instacart’s evolving full-funnel advertising suite and strategy.
• Participate actively in gap-to-goal planning and manage quotas across multiple business units.
• A bachelor’s degree is required (BA/BS in business, advertising, commerce, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred).
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• A proven history of establishing strong customer relationships.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Drive (GMail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides), Salesforce, and Tableau; experience with Mode is a plus.
• Familiarity with paid search, display advertising, account management, ad serving, CPG, or e-commerce.
• Capability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Thrives in an external-facing role, confidently communicating with advertisers and key stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and a knack for creative problem-solving.
• Comfortable analyzing data with the ability to interpret findings and convey a narrative in client-facing situations.
