This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Provide support to a specific portfolio of external partners across different revenue tiers.
• Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal Filing Services operations to ensure prompt, accurate, and coordinated filing assistance.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to address filing-related escalations and guarantee that issues are resolved within established SLA commitments.
• Maintain regular communication with partners based on account tier, health, and service requirements, including participation in client discussions as needed.
• Identify and escalate accounts at risk that show a pattern of filing errors, high instances of late filings, or inadequate responsiveness.
• Promote adoption among eligible accounts, emphasizing batch filing usage, completion of e-filing setup, adherence to filing workflows, and utilization of relevant product features.
• Investigate filing, reporting, and payment-related concerns, conduct root cause analysis, and assist in implementing corrective measures in collaboration with CSMs.
• Generate reports and analyze filing data to uncover trends, behaviors, and areas for enhancement.
• Work in partnership with internal teams to bolster overall customer health and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
• Expected to perform additional duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of client-facing or customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional attention to detail along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Robust analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proven ownership of client outcomes within the scope of the role, with the ability to proactively identify and resolve challenges.
• Capacity to operate with urgency and sound judgment in time-sensitive situations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while balancing customer advocacy and operational execution.
