This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
β’ Formulate, implement, and manage a business strategy focused on fostering growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
β’ Identify, analyze, and maintain regular interactions (through in-person meetings, phone calls, and virtual discussions) with key stakeholders who significantly impact account penetration.
β’ Actively engages in listening, probing, and identifying potentially unmet needs where Hudson can provide support.
β’ Comprehends the customer's business to build and showcase credibility, loyalty, and dedication.
β’ Collaborates across various departments within Hudson to guarantee customer satisfaction through effective internal coordination and communication.
β’ Open to taking calculated risks.
β’ Recognizes Hudson's value proposition and competitive edge compared to alternatives, and proactively positions Hudson for expansion.
β’ Leverages existing market and/or industry insights to establish Hudson as the preferred provider for sustainable HVACR solutions.
β’ Market the company's products or services to potential clients.
β’ Proficient with relevant sales tools (such as CRM) to efficiently plan and convey progress.
β’ Must be adept in territory forecasting processes.
β’ Engages in professional organizations for personal growth, relationship building with customers, and networking within the local industry community.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Teams, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.) is mandatory.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in sales, marketing, or a related business discipline.
β’ Entrepreneurial spirit with over 5 years of sales and/or business development experience, ideally in a technical field within primarily B2B settings.
β’ Experience in the HVAC/R industry is advantageous.
