Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee your own expanding client portfolio

• Assume direct responsibility for clients and their properties, including damage and claims management—receiving reports and engaging contractors; tenant management—logging and processing inquiries; re-letting; addressing owner requests

• Cultivate specialized knowledge in property management

• Work accurately within the company system and meticulously document processes

• Approach tasks with a customer-focused mindset

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication abilities in German (both written and spoken fluency)

• Proficient computer skills and comfortable with internet usage

• Preferably experience in telephone-based positions and/or the real estate sector

• Open to lateral entry; in such cases, a completed vocational training or university degree is necessary

• High eagerness to learn and a strong sense of commitment
