This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customer advocates and key stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, requirements, and strategic conversations.
• Propel contract renewals and pinpoint expansion opportunities through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of client business objectives and align our solutions to meet their requirements.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Keep precise client records and monitor contract updates, renewals, and overall account health.
• Create regular progress reports for clients and internal leadership teams.
• Proactively tackle client challenges and devise customized solutions.
• Lead renewal meetings and engage in strategic business reviews.
• Relay expansion opportunities to the sales team and facilitate deal advancement.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven success in Account Management, Renewal Management, Sales, or Customer Success, ideally within the SaaS sector.
• Demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing quotas and fostering positive customer results.
• Experience in managing retention and adoption for intricate SaaS accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to present to various levels of stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and a focus on process improvement.
• Financial insight and experience with contract management.
• Ability to swiftly adapt to changing priorities and business demands.
• Customer-centric mindset with an emphasis on fostering long-term partnerships.
• Significant equity compensation in the form of ISO options.
