This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance existing key account relationships while providing tailored solutions based on shipping patterns and requirements.
• Effectively address any challenges, including missed pickups, delayed deliveries, damaged freight, or billing errors.
• Actively communicate any issues to the client in a timely manner.
• Organize all daily shipments via phone and email correspondence.
• Ensure billing accuracy and timeliness while proactively informing the client of any changes.
• Collaborate with various departments within Giltner to monitor shipments, rectify discrepancies, and accurately file claims promptly.
• One to three years of relevant industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong business acumen.
• Familiarity with applicable modes of transportation.
• A collaborative team player mindset.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail.
• Capacity to handle large volumes of information.
