This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee a designated portfolio of customer accounts.
• Facilitate regular business reviews and account strategy sessions.
• Enhance customer retention and renewal results.
• Discover growth opportunities within software, payments, and associated services.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to enhance customer adoption.
• Ensure precise account plans, forecasting, and pipeline management using Salesforce.
• Meet monthly and quarterly retention and expansion objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and key stakeholders.
• Relay customer insights to Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
• Minimum of 2 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or SaaS sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in customer retention and revenue increase.
• Experience in managing customer portfolios and renewal processes.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote setting.
