📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio consisting of 20-40 accounts throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Expect this portfolio to encompass several key accounts, those with growth potential, and accounts requiring sophisticated Deal Strategies.

• Enhance customer value by assisting institutions in achieving full platform adoption.

• Convert data-driven insights into actionable strategies and persuasive presentations.

• Establish and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

• Track customer adoption rates and work alongside Project Leads and Key Decision Makers.

• Organize and coordinate engaging professional development workshops and seminars.

• Convey event objectives and requirements to Curriculum Success Managers.

• Actively monitor contract health scores and execute targeted interventions.

• Function as a subject matter expert on all features and updates of our client platform.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our client’s AI-driven functionalities.

• Recognize and develop repeatable solutions for recurring issues.

• Travel domestically up to 40% to engage with key decision-makers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management within the education technology sector.

• Proven ability to multi-thread and cultivate relationships with executive-level stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding complex enterprise accounts.

• Established track record of achieving or surpassing revenue retention and growth objectives.

• Previous experience as an educator is advantageous.

• Experience collaborating with a Customer Success Manager and working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing teams.

• Strong comprehension of the Higher Education landscape.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (up to 30% of the time).
