This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote and enhance the features of the FMX software through upselling and cross-selling.
• Transform leads generated by the retention team and cultivate new leads within the assigned territory.
• Identify new prospects using sales sequences and various tools.
• Deliver tailored offers that align with customers' objectives, requirements, and recent interactions.
• Ensure accounts remain compliant with the purchased licenses.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to create impactful campaigns.
• Document meetings, phone calls, follow-ups, and other tasks in Gainsight.
• Utilize the upsell and expansion playbook to advance accounts from qualified to closed status.
• Collaborate with the Customer Retention Manager and the Customer Success team to build a sales pipeline and finalize deals.
• Attend customer events; approximately 1-3 events each quarter.
• Demonstrated expertise in the FMX software.
• Proven history of surpassing sales quotas.
• Capability to analyze and cross-reference customer goals, usage, and product configuration to create advantageous custom offers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships.
• Effective communication with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their definition of success.
• Insight into when to proactively engage with customers.
• Familiarity with the basics of Salesforce data schema and configuration.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to occasionally work outside of standard FMX operating hours.
• Excellent communication abilities and a knack for building rapport with customers and executives.
• Experience in converting customer discussions into business-enhancing relationships.
• Creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
• A positive, customer-focused mindset.
• Self-driven to complete tasks in a timely manner.
