This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, overseeing the post-sale lifecycle which includes quarterly business reviews (QBRs), renewals, and expansions.

• Develop and sustain multi-threaded relationships with economic buyers, executives, and champions within each account.

• Actively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while driving net revenue retention to exceed 120%.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure product adoption, timely value delivery, and health scores are aligned, aiming for gross revenue retention above 93%.

• Facilitate executive business reviews and convert platform data into insights that are relevant for C-suite stakeholders.

• Accurately forecast renewal and expansion revenue in Salesforce on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Represent the voice of the customer internally by surfacing product feedback, risks, and opportunities to Product and Leadership teams.

• Navigate intricate contract negotiations and procurement processes involving legal and finance stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or a quota-carrying role within the B2B SaaS sector.

• Proven history of achieving or surpassing gross revenue retention (GRR), net revenue retention (NRR), upsell, and renewal targets for enterprise accounts with an ACV of $100K or more.

• Strong executive presence, with the ability to engage VP and C-level stakeholders in strategic discussions.

• Experience in managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and extended sales cycles.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the capability to forge trusted advisor relationships.

• Strong commercial acumen, able to formulate ROI narratives and business cases for expansion opportunities.

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• A solid understanding of Salesforce, including Admin, DevOps, or development lifecycle concepts is preferred.
