Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement strategic account plans aimed at fostering growth and increasing revenue within the designated portfolio.

• Build and maintain robust, enduring relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.

• Perform extensive market analysis utilizing advanced AI analytics tools.

• Develop and optimize account management processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Leverage AI-driven data analytics to guide decision-making and strategic initiatives.

• Ensure all client interactions and processes adhere to industry regulations and company policies.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team in account management.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between product development, marketing, and sales strategies with account objectives.

• Monitor team performance indicators and implement AI-enhanced feedback systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, specialty pharmacy account management, or a similar customer-facing healthcare role, demonstrating ownership of high-value accounts.

• Proven ability to drive revenue retention, expansion, and relationship recovery within intricate, high-stakes account portfolios.

• Demonstrated clinical knowledge that enables independent and credible engagement with physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare operators on therapeutic and compliance issues.

• Experience in conducting Executive Business Reviews, managing performance metrics, and upholding disciplined CRM documentation standards.

• Proficient in Salesforce or other comparable CRM platforms, with a strong focus on data integrity and workflow enhancement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
