Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, including onboarding, regular check-ins, and coordinating service delivery.

• Focus on **renewals and upsells**; proactively address potential at-risk accounts to prevent churn.

• Serve as the trusted point of contact for clients.

• You have **directly managed client relationships in a services or agency environment**, ensuring client satisfaction and **renewals**, rather than merely executing tasks.

• Demonstrate a calm, proactive, and organized demeanor; comfortable engaging with clients via video calls.

• Proficient in **English**; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage (client-facing in the region).
