Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and providing value to clients

• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal experts

• Act as a vital resource within client teams

• Guarantee the quality of client deliverables across various Merkle business units

• Implement clients' marketing strategies on a daily basis

• Organize various tasks to produce high-quality work within budget and on schedule

• Act as the primary contact for internal and client deliverables, tactical execution, and account status

• Ensure marketing and support activities are carried out efficiently and on time

• Lead status meetings and oversee campaign traffic and resource allocation

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory

• 3–5 years of experience in client services/account management within an advertising agency, marketing firm, or client-side marketing department

• Proficient understanding of online and offline creative development and production

• Solid knowledge of digital marketing

• Familiarity with multi-channel/integrated marketing

• Experience in managing large, intricate email campaigns

• Operations management experience, which includes leading status calls and managing campaign traffic and resource allocation

• Experience in relationship and client management

• Strong accountability, attention to detail, decisiveness, and a robust work ethic

• Capability to multitask and thrive in a rapidly changing environment

• Ability to think both operationally and strategically, analyze challenges, and exercise sound judgment

• Experience with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms

• Practical experience with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an advantage
