This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing communication for a designated portfolio of Workers’ Compensation and Health Plan accounts, addressing program and case-related inquiries, identifying issues, and facilitating resolutions, all while emphasizing account growth and development.
• Organizing implementation meetings, setting up client profiles, managing user access rights, and coordinating requirements for go-live.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients by conducting regular performance reviews (JOCs/QBRs), responding to questions, and resolving any complaints.
• Creating, verifying, and disseminating daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, while also handling ad-hoc data requests to support strategic initiatives.
• Contributing to the sales pipeline by engaging in scoping meetings, developing pricing models, assisting with RFP/RFI submissions, and collaborating on marketing efforts.
• Managing contract (SOW/Addendum) renewals in partnership with legal teams.
• Collaborating with IT and Product teams on system improvements and user testing based on operational and client feedback.
• Organizing audits, security evaluations, and remediation strategies with compliance and regulatory teams.
• Ensuring alignment of client capacity needs with recruitment priorities to meet both regulatory and organizational standards.
• An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Clinical experience is preferred (LPB, RN, or CPHT).
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, paired with a strong sense of urgency to fulfill client expectations.
• Strong time management abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient research skills with the capability to analyze and report data effectively.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Account Management or Account Management support.
• Preferred background in Workers’ Comp, Health Plan, PBM Utilization Review, Managed Care, or Claims.
• Experience in efficiently navigating web-based systems.
