This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Take ownership of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your designated book of business by achieving targets for expansion, renewal, and retention.
β’ Recognize opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, guiding them through to closure.
β’ Develop and sustain a robust expansion pipeline with 3β4x coverage relative to quota.
β’ Actively manage renewal cycles, promptly identify at-risk accounts, and implement recovery strategies to uphold strong Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) performance.
β’ Ensure accurate tracking of pipeline and forecasts in the CRM; effectively communicate anticipated outcomes and potential risks.
β’ Spearhead commercial discussions with customers regarding pricing, renewals, and changes to contracts.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Support, and Services to achieve customer objectives and facilitate issue resolution.
β’ Play a key role in developing the Account Management function by refining playbooks, processes, and best practices while providing constructive feedback on effectiveness.
β’ 4β8+ years of experience in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
β’ Demonstrated ability to independently identify and close expansion opportunities.
β’ Experience in owning revenue targets, including NRR, expansion, or renewals.
β’ Strong commercial acumen paired with excellent negotiation skills.
β’ Capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
β’ Proven experience working across functions to drive customer outcomes.
β’ Comfortable navigating a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
β’ Proficient with CRM tools (such as Hubspot, Salesforce), collaboration tools (like Jira, Confluence, MS Teams), and productivity tools (including MS Office Suite, G-Suite).
