This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Take charge of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your designated business portfolio — achieve targets for expansion, renewal, and retention.
• Recognize up-sell and cross-sell prospects and advance them towards closure.
• Establish and sustain a robust expansion pipeline (3–4x coverage) in alignment with quota.
• Actively oversee renewal cycles, detect at-risk accounts early, and implement recovery strategies to uphold strong Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) performance.
• Keep precise records of pipeline and forecasts in the CRM; effectively communicate anticipated outcomes and potential risks.
• Lead commercial discussions with clients — covering pricing, renewals, and modifications to contracts.
• Collaborate across functions with Product, Support, and Services to achieve customer outcomes and facilitate issue resolution.
• Assist in developing the Account Management function — refine playbooks, processes, and best practices, and provide insights on what is effective and what isn’t.
• 4–8+ years of experience in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
• Demonstrated success in independently identifying and closing expansion opportunities.
• Proven experience in managing revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals).
• Strong commercial insight and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration to drive customer results.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce); collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams); and productivity tools (MS Office Suite, G-Suite).
