This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Managing all daily operations of the PBM.
• Serve as the point of contact between clients and various internal teams.
• Ensure the prompt and successful fulfillment of client requests.
• Oversee the status of routine and complex requests pertaining to clients' business needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments and client resources to address outstanding issues.
• Provide regular updates to clients.
• Analyze complex situations critically to identify optimal solutions.
• Facilitate timely resolutions and guarantee that all Client Performance Guarantees are achieved.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a client services-oriented role or prior account management experience.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Must be comfortable being on camera for meetings with consistent attendance.
