Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Acquire a thorough understanding of the business customer demographics.

• Inform customers and their trade partners/contractors about Energy Efficiency rebate programs to boost awareness and participation.

• Develop outreach strategies to identify and engage different commercial customer segments.

• Establish a commercial customer pipeline and oversee projects until completion.

• Act as a liaison between customers and contractors to improve program satisfaction.

• Incorporate program offerings into customer operations to enhance service and satisfaction.

• Identify and schedule participation in events, program coordination, and presentations.

• Utilize a CRM system on a daily basis.

• Prepare monthly activity reports and monitor progress towards program objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a professional role such as sales, consulting, or a related field.

• Preferred knowledge or experience in energy efficiency.

• Reside in or near Macomb County.

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and communicate task progress effectively.

• Capable of managing tight deadlines, competing or changing priorities, and occasional interruptions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience or knowledge in a technical trade is advantageous.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
