This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the acquisition and adoption of surgeons by providing training and onboarding for new clinics, ensuring a smooth integration of the aprevo technology platform into each surgeon’s practice, thereby expediting the completion of the initial 5 case CORE series.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with healthcare providers and clinic personnel, including schedulers, office managers, and physician assistants.

• Ensure the prompt collection of all necessary imaging and pre-surgical patient information to facilitate surgery scheduling.

• Maintain the aprevo Certified Provider (aCP) user base while enhancing the utilization of aprevo, and foster deeper engagement in approved accounts by generating new surgeon leads.

• Collaborate with sales directors and marketing teams to raise awareness by spearheading program marketing initiatives with both established and potential accounts, including the execution of Personalized Spine Program education and outreach efforts.

• Relay timely information to the AVP, SD, Marketing, and other stakeholders regarding field sales activities, events, changes, and trends to optimize sales, revenue, and marketing prospects.

• Develop and uphold clinical expertise in aprevo procedures and products, including the capability to present aprevo clinical study findings to current and prospective clients.

• Regularly update and maintain the CRM system, along with all necessary weekly and quarterly activity reports.

• Adhere to clinic and hospital regulations and requirements while executing assigned responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

• Over 3 years of experience in medical devices, surgical, imaging, or a related field

• 1 to 3 years of experience in spine and familiarity with medical device sales is strongly preferred

• Proven track record in managing a large territory and readiness to travel up to 60%

• Demonstrated success in customer relationship management

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
