This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and enhance working relationships with clients while ensuring their satisfaction.
• Address client inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Engage with clients and elevate concerns to the account lead as necessary.
• Comprehend client requirements and proactively manage subsequent actions.
• Uphold quality control standards and adhere to compliance guidelines.
• Acquire knowledge of projects, accounts, and relevant therapy areas.
• Evaluate drafts produced by the scientific team.
• Assist in strategic, creative, and digital planning efforts.
• Take ownership of individual project and financial deliverables.
• Coordinate project tasks and assign responsibilities within the team.
• Provide tactical and operational direction to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Lead and participate in both internal and external meetings.
• Establish and oversee project management processes, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage projects from inception to completion.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Resolve issues and seek senior support when necessary.
• Collaborate with Scientific, Creative, Editorial, Finance, and broader BOLD teams.
• Deliver projects within the constraints of client budgets and timelines.
• Prepare budgets and coordinate with third-party suppliers.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and revenue projections.
• Monitor account budgets, identify out-of-scope work, and clarify budget discrepancies.
• Ensure the timely submission of team timesheets.
• Experience in the Medical Communications industry.
• Familiarity with various therapy areas and project deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial and commercial insight.
• Confidence in developing budgets and financial reports.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in communicating with clients, third-party suppliers, senior leaders, and diverse business units.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical regulations.
• A Bachelor's degree in science, pharmacology, or medicine is preferred.
