This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within designated territories or sectors.

• Formulate account strategies to meet revenue targets and broaden Avahi’s customer reach.

• Cultivate productive relationships with AWS sales teams to enhance collaboration and drive shared success.

• Establish and maintain connections with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, within client organizations.

• Act as a trusted advisor by comprehending clients' challenges and aligning Avahi’s cloud solutions to meet their needs.

• Engage clients through customized presentations and solutions that highlight Avahi’s expertise in AWS cloud transformation.

• Partner with Avahi’s technical teams and Solutions Architects to develop tailored proposals for cloud migrations, modernization, and DevOps services.

• Lead discussions with clients to illustrate the ROI of AWS solutions and gain buy-in from decision-makers.

• Keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in HubSpot.

• Provide regular forecasts, updates, and insights to sales leadership.

• Track progress toward sales goals and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Avahi services.

• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and high customer satisfaction.

• Work with marketing teams on prospecting campaigns and demand-generation initiatives.

• Share insights and feedback to refine Avahi’s sales strategies and service offerings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a sales or account management position, preferably within a technology or cloud services company.

• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and their applications in addressing business challenges.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage C-level executives.

• Experience managing intricate sales cycles and conducting technical discussions with clients.

• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.

• A consultative sales approach focused on delivering customized solutions to clients.

• Bonus Qualifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or equivalent expertise in AWS services.

• Experience working with or for an AWS Partner organization.

• Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Sandler.

• Strong network within the AWS ecosystem or cloud computing industry.
