This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Formulate sales strategies and finalize business deals to meet sales targets and objectives.
• Oversee and assist client requirements, including account growth, upselling, problem-solving, risk identification, and maintaining a substantial client base in the LA County California area, extending to Santa Barbara and Bakersfield California.
• Present, sell, and close business opportunities while addressing client goals and challenges, and proactively collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client needs and resolve issues while surpassing client expectations.
• Create strategic roadmaps to promote positive outcomes and solutions that align with client requirements.
• Identify client stakeholders, including champions, users, technical staff, and decision-makers.
• Proactively manage and cultivate the sales pipeline with prompt follow-ups and progress monitoring.
• Sustain and enhance existing client relationships, oversee account retention through account assessments and utilization reporting, and recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Negotiate and conclude agreements, offer customer guidance, and devise growth strategies informed by market insights.
• Deliver outstanding customer collaboration and guidance, and gather implementation specifics.
• Develop and present reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends to management.
• Conduct strategic reviews to align solutions with client expectations and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales account management, specifically in outside sales, is required.
• Strong negotiation capabilities for securing favorable client deals, including the ability to comprehend the needs and interests of both parties and devise mutually advantageous solutions.
• Proficient written communication skills for sales documentation.
• Capacity to build trust and maintain consistent contact for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills essential for interpreting sales data, identifying trends, and making strategic decisions.
• An average of 3 days of field travel per week is expected.
