This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Present, sell, and finalize business deals while addressing client objectives and challenges, collaborating proactively with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and resolve issues while surpassing client expectations.
• Create strategic roadmaps to drive positive outcomes and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Identify client stakeholders by mapping out champions, users, technical staff, and decision-makers.
• Actively oversee and cultivate the sales pipeline through timely follow-ups and progress tracking.
• Sustain and enhance existing client relationships, manage account retention through account reviews and utilization reporting, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements, provide customer guidance, and formulate growth strategies based on market insights.
• Ensure exceptional customer collaboration and guidance, gathering implementation details.
• Develop and report on sales activities, forecasts, and market dynamics to management.
• Conduct strategic reviews to align solutions with clients and stay updated on industry trends to uncover new business opportunities.
• Utilize market knowledge and client insights, including territory management, pipeline opportunities, and referral activity for cross-sell opportunities when applicable.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales account management experience in outside sales is required.
• Strong negotiation skills are essential for securing favorable client deals, including the ability to understand the needs and interests of both parties and find mutually beneficial solutions.
• Proficient written communication skills for preparing sales documentation.
• Ability to establish trust and maintain regular contact for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills are crucial for interpreting sales data, identifying trends, and making strategic decisions.
• An average of 3 field travel days per week is expected.
