This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Formulate sales strategies and finalize business deals to meet sales targets and objectives.
• Oversee and assist client requirements, which includes expanding accounts, upselling, troubleshooting, identifying risks, and managing a substantial client base within the Southern California region.
• Present, sell, and close business while addressing client goals and challenges, proactively collaborating with internal teams to fulfill client needs and resolve issues, all while exceeding client expectations.
• Develop strategic roadmaps aimed at driving positive outcomes and delivering solutions that align with client requirements.
• Identify client stakeholders, including champions, users, technical personnel, and decision-makers.
• Proactively manage and nurture the sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and progress tracking.
• Sustain and enhance existing client relationships, oversee account retention through account reviews and utilization reporting, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements, offer customer guidance, and create growth strategies informed by market insights.
• Provide outstanding customer collaboration and guidance, while gathering implementation details.
• Track and report on sales activities, forecasts, and market dynamics to management.
• Conduct strategic reviews to align solutions with clients and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Utilize market knowledge and client insights, including territory management, pipeline opportunities, and referral activities for cross-selling when applicable.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales account management with a focus on outside sales is required.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable client agreements, including the ability to comprehend the needs and interests of both parties and devise mutually beneficial solutions.
• Proficient written communication skills for sales documentation.
• Capability to build trust and maintain regular communication for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills are crucial for interpreting sales data, identifying trends, and making strategic decisions.
• An average of 3 field days per week is expected.
