📋 Description

• The Account Manager II for Nursing & Allied is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare facility clients to cater to their contingent workforce and clinician staffing requirements.

• This position acts as a strategic partner to clients by comprehending workforce challenges, pinpointing staffing solutions, and facilitating successful placement outcomes.

• By collaborating closely with recruiters, vendors, and internal teams, the Account Manager oversees open requisitions, promotes candidate opportunities, supports client workforce initiatives, and guarantees a high-quality client experience throughout the staffing lifecycle.

• Establish and nurture consultative relationships with healthcare facility contacts to grasp staffing priorities, workforce needs, and future hiring demands.

• Offer proactive suggestions to tackle workforce challenges within nursing and allied healthcare specialties.

• Work together with business development leadership to synchronize staffing strategies with client growth objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate degree along with 2+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, staffing, healthcare operations, or workforce solutions OR a High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, staffing, healthcare operations, or workforce solutions.

• Proven experience in managing client relationships and supporting business objectives.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.

• Familiarity with CRM, ATS, VMS, or other relevant business systems.
