This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Deliver strategic sales guidance and communication tactics to safeguard existing business and acquire new opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to execute business and marketing strategies for designated accounts.
• Strive for success: Achieve sales targets, ensuring profitable year-over-year growth within the assigned territory.
• Cultivate relationships with customers founded on trust and respect.
• Oversee accounts receivable, maintaining acceptable levels with support from the credit department.
• Report and communicate current performance outcomes regarding sales and marketing contributions to the business unit for monthly management updates.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 1 year of relevant experience in technical sales and general management, ideally within the packaging sector.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time.
