This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for delivering customer service and managing the overall service of assigned customers and/or policies.
• Engaging in efforts to secure new business with existing accounts.
• Assisting Producer-led initiatives for new business acquisition.
• Aiding Producers in identifying and developing new business opportunities for current clients and prospects.
• Initiating the renewal process for existing clients.
• Collaborating with the Producer to formulate renewal strategies.
• Evaluating and comparing current exposures to develop specifications for renewal or new business marketing.
• Conducting marketing activities, negotiating rates, and reviewing quotes and coverages for competitiveness and precision.
• Summarizing marketing outcomes and preparing proposals.
• Finalizing proposals and presentations in partnership with the Producer.
• Binding insurance coverage and preparing binders and/or issuing delegate certificates.
• Reviewing policies for accuracy and contracts.
• Compiling summaries and/or schedules of coverage for clients.
• Analyzing client accounting histories and addressing accounting inquiries.
• Engaging in the claims process as directed by management.
• Offering technical guidance to staff assisting with client needs or procedural matters.
• Informing brokers of important information related to client retention.
• Meeting with clients as necessary or as directed by the Producer.
• Collecting fees and ensuring reconciliation within 90 days of the invoicing date.
• Adhering to agency management system data standards and integrity.
• Associate's Degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of six (6) years of relevant work experience.
• Valid Insurance License.
• Must maintain Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Outstanding customer service skills, including telephone etiquette and active listening.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management capabilities.
