Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Expand the sales of 3M tapes and adhesive products in the industrial market.

• Acquire product knowledge and conduct professional product demonstrations.

• Achieve the sales targets set by the company.

• Effectively develop client visitation plans to enhance work efficiency.

• Manage clients and distributors within the assigned region.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers while developing new ones.

• Meet and exceed the sales targets established by the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in chemical materials.

• Over 3 years of experience in market sales, with preference given to candidates with tape product sales experience.

• Proficient in English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, as well as computer skills.

• Outgoing personality with strong verbal communication skills, approachability, teamwork, and proactivity.
