This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
β’ Oversee the planning, execution, and enhancement of CTV campaigns for our enterprise clientele.
β’ Evaluate campaign performance data to uncover trends, improve campaigns, and propose strategies to maximize ROI for clients.
β’ Act as a strategic consultant to clients, clarifying campaign performance, recommending next steps, and pinpointing opportunities to increase budgets or upsell services.
β’ Conduct regular client meetings to review performance metrics, discuss optimization strategies, and ensure client satisfaction.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to the platform or campaign performance, ensuring prompt and effective problem resolution.
β’ Serve as a vital product expert and reliable resource for clients and internal teams, proactively investigating and addressing complex issues related to campaign performance and platform bugs.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the CTV sector.
β’ Practical experience in managing and optimizing campaigns for app advertisers, with a solid understanding of mobile growth dynamics (UA, retention, LTV, etc.).
β’ Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) or the ability to discuss attribution and tracking topics with clients.
β’ Highly analytical, with a comfort in delving into data to extract insights and inform decisions.
β’ Commercially focused, with experience in driving revenue growth, upselling, or account expansion.
β’ Strong communication skills with clients, capable of clearly explaining performance and influencing decision-making.
β’ Comfortable investigating technical issues or platform behaviors, and enjoys problem-solving.
β’ Prepared to excel in a startup environment: adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with uncertainty.
β’ Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and experience managing clients across APAC (experience with Greater China markets is advantageous).
β’ Fully fluent in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with clients across China and the entire APAC region, as well as colleagues globally.
