This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Drive net retention and growth across a portfolio of private sector accounts in the APAC region by identifying upsell opportunities, prioritizing your accounts, and proactively addressing renewal risks.
• Take full ownership of the renewal and expansion processes for your accounts, from commercial negotiations to closing deals, with accountability for both retention and growth quotas.
• Prepare thoroughly for each customer interaction by gathering relevant information about each account’s business objectives, regulatory landscape, compliance requirements, and potential for expansion.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with both senior and operational stakeholders within your accounts, ensuring continuity and deepening engagement over time.
• Keep accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Salesforce, providing your manager and cross-functional partners with clear insights into account health, renewal schedules, and opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Solutions Architecture teams to transform customer feedback into actionable insights and highlight key themes across your accounts.
• Cultivate a base of satisfied customers who consistently renew, expand their accounts over time, and advocate for TRM throughout the region.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a post-sale SaaS role, preferably supporting private sector clients in the APAC region.
• Proven experience in managing renewals, expansions, and commercial discussions with quota responsibilities.
• Ability to navigate diverse APAC markets and build relationships across various customer types, cultures, and regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of financial crime compliance, risk management, or related fields, including AML, sanctions, KYC, fraud, or cryptocurrency compliance, or a strong capacity to learn quickly.
• Comfortable managing a high-volume portfolio with competing priorities and strict deadlines.
• Strong presence with customers, capable of establishing trust and credibility among senior and working-level stakeholders.
• Clear and direct communicator who listens attentively, drives consensus on next steps, and ensures that nothing is overlooked.
• Proficient in CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce; disciplined in maintaining pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Highly autonomous and responsible; you take ownership of outcomes, follow through on commitments, and proactively take the initiative.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment where priorities, customer demands, and market conditions can change rapidly.
• A collaborative team player who effectively engages with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Solutions Architecture, and Operations teams.
