• Comprehend the distinct needs and objectives of each client.
• Track and evaluate client account performance, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
• Recognize opportunities for upselling additional services or features.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries or concerns.
• Oversee client Zendesk tickets and escalate them as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues quickly and effectively.
• Create and implement annual client success plans that align with business goals.
• Support contract renewals and negotiations to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Utilize data analytics to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
• Provide regular reports on KPIs and client health indicators.
• Represent clients internally to advocate for enhancements in products and services.
• Work alongside global Account Managers to ensure a consistent client experience.
• Keep accurate records of client communications, billing, and contractual commitments.
• Offer clients resources and training to maximize the value of services.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and on-site visits as applicable.
• 5–7 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, specifically with enterprise-level clients in fintech or SaaS sectors.
• Familiarity with the cards and payments industry, particularly in issuing.
• Strong urgency and responsiveness to client requirements.
• Capability to understand new technologies and a keen interest in fintech and payment innovations.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple clients across various time zones.
• Resilient attitude with the ability to perform under pressure while focusing on successful outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in Mandarin / Cantonese and English.
