• Comprehend the distinct needs and objectives of each client.
• Track and evaluate client account performance, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
• Spot chances for upselling additional services or features.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries or concerns.
• Oversee client Zendesk tickets and escalate issues as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promptly and effectively address client issues.
• Create and implement annual client success plans that align with business goals.
• Aid in contract renewals and negotiations to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Utilize data analytics to evaluate performance and suggest enhancements.
• Provide regular reports on KPIs and client health indicators.
• Act as an advocate for clients internally to drive improvements in products and services.
• Work closely with global Account Managers to ensure a consistent client experience.
• Maintain precise records of client communications, billing, and contractual commitments.
• Supply clients with resources and training to maximize service value.
• Engage with clients regularly through calls, emails, and on-site visits when appropriate.
• 5–7 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success for enterprise-level clients in fintech or SaaS sectors.
• Familiarity with the cards and payments industry, particularly issuing.
• Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to client requirements.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and a keen interest in fintech and payment innovation.
• Proficient time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple clients across various time zones.
• Resilient mindset capable of performing under pressure with a focus on achieving successful outcomes.
• Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Mandarin / Cantonese and English.
