This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the distinct needs and objectives of each client.

• Track and evaluate client account performance, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.

• Recognize opportunities for upselling additional services or features.

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries or concerns.

• Oversee client Zendesk tickets and escalate when necessary.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues swiftly and effectively.

• Create and implement annual client success plans that align with business objectives.

• Aid in contract renewals and negotiations to enhance retention and satisfaction.

• Utilize data analytics to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.

• Provide regular reports on KPIs and client health metrics.

• Advocate for clients internally to promote enhancements in products and services.

• Partner with global Account Managers to ensure a consistent client experience.

• Keep precise records of client communications, billing, and contractual obligations.

• Equip clients with resources and training to optimize service value.

• Engage with clients consistently through calls, emails, and on-site visits when applicable.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success supporting enterprise-level clients in fintech or SaaS sectors.

• Familiarity with the cards and payments industry, especially issuing.

• Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to client requirements.

• Capacity to understand new technologies and a keen interest in fintech and payment innovation.

• Proficient in time management and multitasking to handle multiple clients across various time zones.

• Resilient mindset capable of working under pressure and focusing on achieving successful outcomes.

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both in writing and verbally.

• Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

• Proficiency in Mandarin / Cantonese and English.
