This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage a portfolio of over 30 active DSP and SSP partners: ensure daily communication, oversee account health, and proactively address performance fluctuations.
β’ Evaluate essential platform metrics (fill rate, win rate, RPM, eCPM, revenue) and independently implement optimizations to foster account growth.
β’ Oversee the complete onboarding process for new partners: technical setup, endpoint configuration, initial performance validation, and ramp-up assistance.
β’ Discover upsell and expansion opportunities within the current partner portfolio and collaborate with the BD team to pursue them.
β’ Act as the primary contact for technical issues; triage, replicate, and escalate to the technical team with comprehensive documentation.
β’ Generate regular and ad-hoc performance reports; convert data into actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
β’ Track platform profitability across assigned accounts and promptly identify anomalies or risks.
β’ Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with partners through various communication channels (email, Slack, calls).
β’ Keep abreast of trends in the programmatic ecosystem, updates to the OpenRTB specification, and changes in privacy regulations that impact partner operations.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within an AdTech company.
β’ Strong comprehension of the programmatic ecosystem: understanding the interactions between DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges, as well as the factors influencing performance on both sides.
β’ Practical experience with the OpenRTB protocol: knowledge of bid request/response structures, auction mechanics, and key objects (device, app, site, imp).
β’ Capability to independently analyze and interpret platform data: identify drops, spikes, and root causes without supervision.
β’ Experience collaborating directly with both DSP and SSP partners.
β’ Proficient in written and spoken English at an upper-intermediate level or higher; the majority of partner communication occurs in English.
β’ Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis tasks.
β’ Organized and detail-oriented approach to managing a large portfolio of partners simultaneously.
