• Capability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of industrial production settings.
• Experience in both hunting (new business development) and farming (account growth).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• High level of ownership, organization, and accountability.
• Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, or similar).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German or other European languages is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
