• Oversee a designated portfolio of clients, including both new and existing zero accounts.
• Collaborate and coordinate with all service managers and specialists regarding assigned accounts.
• Establish and nurture relationships with the specified customer base to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Address escalated issues as they arise, seeking further assistance from management when necessary.
• Hold regular meetings with customers to assess their needs and align them with the organization's product and service strategies.
• Manage activities related to pricing and service.
• Conduct product cross-referencing tasks.
• Generate and present monthly and quarterly reports.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or sales is preferred.
• Experience in commissioned sales of tangible products is preferred.
• Proven track record in identifying, engaging, building consensus, and closing new business opportunities is preferred.
• Capability to present multiple product lines is preferred.
