This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering trustworthy relationships and ensuring consistent client satisfaction.
• Gather and refine project briefs, making certain that information is clearly conveyed to internal teams.
• Lead the presentation of deliverables and action plans to clients, advocating for the agency's strategic decisions.
• Recognize new client needs and suggest solutions that drive value and growth.
• Resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations with diplomacy and a focus on solutions.
• Develop schedules, establish milestones, and allocate resources for the execution of marketing strategies.
• Oversee the progress of all internal tasks, ensuring that deadlines and quality benchmarks are achieved.
• Draft SOWs (Scope of Work), monitor budgets, and guarantee project profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related areas.
• Strong background in account management and/or project management within advertising agencies.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Iclips, Trello, or similar).
• Understanding of digital marketing platforms and data analysis (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Reportei).
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to manage a high volume of information and multiple projects at once.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in AI tools will be regarded as an advantage.
