This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients, overseeing relationships from onboarding to long-term engagement.
• Conduct client-facing calls, including kickoffs, candidate reviews, and check-ins, with professionalism and clarity.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee quality and fit at every stage of the client experience.
• Handle multiple active accounts concurrently, ensuring everything stays organized and progresses without details being overlooked.
• Establish clear expectations with clients, identify issues early, and resolve challenges before they escalate.
• Cultivate robust, long-lasting client relationships that promote retention and satisfaction.
• Ensure seamless handoffs and transitions so clients always feel informed and supported.
• Minimum of 2 years of B2B client-facing experience is essential. We seek professionals from account management, client success, staffing, or similar B2B roles. This position is not suitable for those with exclusively B2C or call center backgrounds.
• Previous experience in remote or hybrid work settings is required, with a strong preference for fully remote experience.
• Exceptional spoken and written English is necessary, as you will represent RemoteLegalStaff directly with U.S.-based legal clients, and communication quality is critical.
• Must be available to work during U.S. business hours, starting between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM PST.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail; managing multiple accounts means nothing can slip through the cracks.
• Strong communicator capable of leading professional calls, managing expectations, and writing clearly and succinctly.
• Familiarity with project management tools (such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or similar) and Google Workspace is required.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills: you will not only be moving items through a pipeline but also making significant decisions regarding quality and fit between our clients and candidates.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Ability to thrive under pressure: client situations can evolve rapidly, requiring you to remain composed and effective.
• Confident and articulate when engaging with attorneys and legal professionals, as our clients are lawyers and you must be able to engage in those discussions competently.
• Self-motivated individual who can manage their own workload without excessive oversight.
• Experience in legal, staffing, or professional services is advantageous but not mandatory.
