Account Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate client relationships and act as the main point of contact for operational issues.

• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs, resolving problems, and delivering outstanding service.

• Evaluate complex client challenges and assist in creating practical and efficient solutions.

• Spearhead client-centered problem-solving initiatives and identify underlying causes.

• Take ownership of and manage high-profile client accounts to ensure seamless operations.

• Address client inquiries and escalations while maintaining communication with internal teams.

• Champion customer advocacy and leverage internal resources to enhance the customer experience.

• Serve as a strategic partner by anticipating client requirements and preventing issues.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to foster client-oriented solutions.

• Keep track of client issues through regular reporting and monitoring.

• Direct account-specific projects and supervise improvements at the client level.

• Provide ongoing updates and reports regarding account status, feedback, and areas for enhancement.

• Actively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.

• Engage in training sessions and share industry knowledge with colleagues.

• Mentor junior staff members and assist in their professional growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Account Management, Employee Benefits, or Human Resources-oriented position.

• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and web applications.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

• Preferred 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, insurance healthcare, benefits, or a related field.

• Familiarity with Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) or self-insured health plans is a plus.

• Experience with intranet and extranet systems, CRM, or adjudication platforms is preferred.

• Life and Health Insurance license is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
