This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Assist the EMEA HSSE Lead in executing JLL WD HSSE strategic objectives, aligning them with Client HSW programs, and implementing them effectively within the FMNA BU for operational relevance.
• Aid the EMEA HSSE Lead with deliverables focused on managing and minimizing operational risks across accounts by providing health and safety risk management guidance in accordance with the agreed Client Scope of Work.
• Offer technical advice on pertinent HSW matters and communicate any legislative changes that could affect service delivery or client occupancy, under the guidance of the HSSE BU EMEA FMNA Lead.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of relevant current legislation.
• Identify opportunities for transformational improvements and assist the account team in finding practical, cost-effective solutions to HSW risks and opportunities, guided by the HSSE BU EMEA FMNA Lead.
• Ensure that both JLL and the Client comply with legal and other requirements under the oversight of the HSSE BU EMEA FMNA Lead.
• Guarantee that records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Client Risk Control Standards, under the governance of the HSSE BU EMEA FMNA Lead.
• Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of data and information to provide clarity on compliance status for both the Client and JLL stakeholders, with oversight from the HSSE BU EMEA FMNA Lead.
• Coordinate, implement, and sustain effective communication with all stakeholders, guided by the HSSE BU EMEA FMNA Lead.
• Act as the HSSE representative for various accounts, under the governance of the HSSE BU EMEA FMNA Lead.
• Present monthly statistics regarding the accounts you support, including wins, challenges, and opportunities, to the HSSE BU EMEA FMNA Lead.
• Promote a culture of ‘One Team S.A.F.E.R. Together’ within the account.
• Assist account HSW team members in fostering relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively develop and manage client relationships to ensure that expected service levels are met. This will involve participation in the Clients HSW leadership meetings, under the guidance of the HSSE BU EMEA FMNA Lead.
• Provide exceptional service quality to the Client, as evidenced by client feedback.
• Integrate JLL WD HSSE requirements while meeting client standards and expectations.
• Build effective relationships and collaborate with Account Teams, supply chain partners, and third-party vendors, under the governance of the HSSE BU EMEA FMNA Lead.
• Contribute to the JLL Workplace Management HSSE program as an advisor, reporting to the HSSE account lead and the global HSSE leadership team.
• Ensure third-party vendors consistently adhere to JLL and Client HSSE Standards, under the governance of the HSSE BU EMEA FMNA Lead.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of JLL Global HSSE operational controls (i.e., processes, standards, procedures, and guidelines) and Client HSW programs, ensuring compliance with obligations and Client expectations, under the governance of the HSSE BU EMEA FMNA Lead.
• Align JLL HSSE practices to Client HSW standards and requirements, under the governance of the HSSE BU EMEA FMNA Lead.
• Promote best practice HSW training programs and resources, under the governance of the HSSE BU EMEA FMNA Lead.
• Oversee the successful execution of HSW regulatory responsibilities and best practices globally to ensure compliance, including managing changes related to new and revised legislation, under the governance of the HSSE BU EMEA FMNA Lead.
• Supervise the effective management of assurance for the HSW program JCAP while supporting growth strategies related to Client, JLL, and/or national and industry standards, under the governance of the HSSE BU EMEA FMNA Lead.
• Preferred relevant HSSE management experience within Operational Management systems and working with corporate clients.
• Experience in HSSE across multiple sites and countries, with a robust understanding of the HSE regulatory environment in major markets.
• Appropriate recognized Professional HSSE qualifications, such as NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, as a minimum, and memberships for a JLL P2 grade HSSE Advisor.
• Certified to work as a HSSE professional.
• Knowledge of management systems is desirable but not essential; experience in implementation and auditing is a plus.
• Experience working within a multicultural team of HSSE professionals.
• Practical working knowledge of current tools and techniques within a real estate environment and risk management across a complex multi-site property portfolio.
• Significant hands-on experience in addressing HSSE issues in a dynamic and diverse environment, including the implementation of risk control systems and processes.
• An agile leadership approach with effective stakeholder management capabilities, able to navigate a matrix structure efficiently.
• Strong focus on goals and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coach and educate all levels of the account.
• Willingness to travel is essential!
