This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the customer relationship from start to finish.
• Ensure that customers derive tangible, measurable benefits from our offerings.
• Secure contract renewals and pinpoint opportunities for expansion.
• Handle a portfolio of 40-55 accounts, responsible for gross retention and revenue growth.
• Conduct regular business reviews, monitor adoption and utilization metrics, and identify churn signals before they escalate.
• Act as a knowledgeable resource regarding how Mend integrates into a customer's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Convert customer feedback into structured insights for the Product and Engineering teams.
• 3-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role that integrates relationship management with a commercial outcome (Customer Success Manager with renewal quota, Renewal Account Manager, Technical Account Manager, or a similar position).
• Familiarity with managing the complete renewal process: forecasting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions regarding DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, or software security. Coding skills are not necessary, but fluency in the subject matter is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and pursue expansion opportunities within an existing customer base.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of adapting communication style to engage both engineering teams and VPs on the same day.
