This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote Jenzabar Software, services, managed services, and third-party partner products to current Jenzabar clients.
• Enhance client retention by boosting satisfaction, encouraging product adoption, and keeping clients informed about Jenzabar's offerings, strategies, and vision.
• Organize and oversee deliverables such as new application acquisitions, application upgrades, SSO implementations, and Cloud system migrations.
• Define, track, and meet project milestones while adhering to budget constraints.
• Implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and ensure consistent, reliable performance.
• Compile quarterly metrics on growth and client retention.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Product Lifecycle Consultants, Product Quality Analysts, and other Jenzabar teams regarding sales, retention, relationships, satisfaction, and upgrades.
• Generate leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Create grassroots marketing campaign strategies.
• Establish executive relationships and engage in sales across IT and non-IT business units.
• Plan, organize, and execute sales activities ranging from executive presentations to product demonstrations.
• Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty throughout and following the sales process.
• Manage intricate sales scenarios and large-scale projects while identifying solutions to business challenges.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, contracts, and both standard and non-standard terms and conditions.
• Oversee large-scale, campus-wide software implementation projects from contract signing to post-go-live support.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that include resource allocations, tasks, deliverable dates, and milestones.
• Negotiate customer timelines and coordinate schedules, priorities, tasks, and communications.
• Address customer inquiries and requests promptly.
• Investigate pertinent business practices and the needs and expectations of higher education.
• Convey information clearly, accurately, and promptly to teams and clients.
• Grasp client requirements and business processes related to the software.
• Share knowledge and insights effectively.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance decision-making, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Adhere to ethical standards, data privacy, and human-in-the-loop oversight when employing AI technologies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience; experience in higher education sales is preferred.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.
